CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

Learners may request to exchange a distance learning certification for an alternative subject prior to downloading or accessing any course materials. In such cases, any payment made will be transferred to the newly selected course.
Once course materials have been accessed or downloaded, exchanges will no longer be permitted.
Refunds are not available under any circumstances after seven (7) days from the date of initial purchase.
Where a request is made within seven (7) days of purchase, a refund may be granted only if no course materials have been accessed or downloaded. Any approved refund will be subject to a 20% administrative processing fee.
TAKING MY COURSE

No. For each question, you must click the “Submit” button to finalize your answer. Be certain that you have selected the answer that you want before you click submit. Once you submit your answer, it cannot be changed. As soon as you submit your answer, you will be informed if you are correct or incorrect. If your answer is incorrect, make a note of the question content so that you know which section of the course to review.

Unlimited Education exams allow two (2) attempts to achieve a passing score of 80%. After two attempts, the exam will no longer be accessible.

No, Unlimited Education courses are designed as stand-alone programs and must be completed in full in order for students to receive certification. However, students may find that knowledge gained from previously completed external coursework can be helpful when progressing through Unlimited Education courses.
Please note that the Licensed Safety Professional (LSP) and Certified Safety Director (CSD) certifications have specific prerequisites. One of the available qualification pathways includes holding a completed degree.

Unlimited Education AS A CERTIFYING BODY

Yes. All of our courses exceed OSHA requirements. OSHA is considered the ‘bare minimum’ for compliance and therefore Unlimited Eucation considers this only one element of an effective safety training program. All of our courses, both instructor led and online, have been designed to meet or exceed ANSI/ASSP Z490.1-2016 requirements for Safety, Health, and Environmental Training.

This question is frequently asked by individuals trying to differentiate between the two certifications. The CSP designation is certainly a legitimate credential; however, Unlimited Education does not consider the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) to be a competitor.
If you have an engineering background and are seeking an engineering-focused approach to a workplace safety career, then the CSP certification may be a suitable option. It is important to note that the CSP is based on passing a single examination. There is no required class or official course material, as BCSP does not provide training; rather, they offer the opportunity to validate training obtained elsewhere.
In contrast, the LSP certification through Unlimited Education represents a high level of knowledge, skills, and abilities achieved through the successful completion of a structured curriculum. Additionally, the LSP covers a much broader range of topics than the CSP, including detailed reviews of relevant DOT and EPA regulations. This makes it more comprehensive in scope, reflecting a wider range of competencies.
If you meet the qualifications for the CSP—which require a four-year degree and at least five years of experience in the safety field—but are deciding between the CSP and the LSP, you may consider pursuing both. Doing so can demonstrate the highest level of expertise to potential employers. Many professionals have successfully obtained both certifications.
The LSP program was originally developed for individuals who may not have strong math or engineering backgrounds required for the CSP exam. This included professionals who did not initially start their careers in safety but later assumed workplace safety responsibilities. Today, however, many engineers and graduates with safety-related degrees also pursue certifications through Unlimited Education.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Learners are expected to read each question carefully, review the required materials, and demonstrate a clear understanding of the content before submitting their responses.
Most courses are assessed through open-book examinations, designed to support independent learning and encourage critical thinking.
For longer courses (e.g. 40-hour programmes), learners may find it beneficial to connect with others undertaking the same course and adopt a collaborative, group-based learning approach where appropriate.
Unlimited Education is pleased to support learners who encounter genuine difficulties, provided that they have made a reasonable effort to complete the required work.
However, under no circumstances will Unlimited Education provide answers to examination questions.

For our international students, registering for classroom courses is simple. First, you must register online and pay for the course while registering. We cannot issue a letter of invitation without payment first. Once you have paid, Unlimited Eucation will send you a letter of invitation so you may apply for your B1 VISA. Please allow 3 – 5 business days to receive your invitation letter via email.
